Indian RAW Exposed: Nikhil Gupta and Vikash Yadav Linked to Global Assassination Plots

Modi Government’s Neutrality Claims Exposed, Indian Components Found in Russian War Drones
International media has once again exposed India’s dark role in global assassination plots.
According to Bloomberg, U.S. prosecutors revealed that Indian national Nikhil Gupta attempted to assassinate Sikh activist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in New York under direct orders from an Indian intelligence officer, Vikash Yadav.
Gupta was arrested in the Czech Republic in June 2023 and later extradited to the United States. Court documents confirm that he was acting under instructions of RAW, India’s external intelligence agency. He now faces trial in the U.S., where prosecutors have presented hundreds of WhatsApp messages and emails as evidence.
The newly filed documents reveal that Gupta and Yadav also discussed assassination plans in Nepal and Pakistan, proving India’s intentions of spreading instability in the region. These revelations raise serious concerns about India violating international law and threatening sovereignty of other nations.
Gupta and Yadav’s names also surfaced in connection with the 2023 killing of Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada. Nijjar, a key figure in the Khalistan Movement, was closely linked to Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Both were targeted for advocating Sikh rights and Khalistan, showing India’s deep involvement in cross-border terrorism.
Even India has indirectly admitted its involvement. Reports say one RAW officer was removed from service after being linked to the U.S. plot. But this so-called action has failed to satisfy international concerns. Many believe India is only covering up its state-sponsored terrorism.
These allegations have strained India’s relations with Pakistan, Nepal, the U.S., and Canada. The use of intelligence operatives for killings abroad is not just illegal, it is a violation of global trust and sovereignty. Analysts say this could isolate India internationally if it continues such dangerous operations.
Pakistan has long warned the world about India’s involvement in terrorism and targeted killings. The latest U.S. court documents further prove Pakistan’s claims. International organizations are now being urged to investigate India’s state-sponsored terrorism seriously.
