Gaza Horror: Israeli Troops Use Elderly Palestinians as Human Shields

A shocking photograph, reportedly taken and shared by an Israeli soldier, has gone viral on social media, appearing to confirm reports that Israeli forces are using elderly Palestinians as human shields in Gaza.

The image, shared by the account “Israel Genocide Tracker,” shows two elderly Palestinian men, stripped to their underwear and bound, being forced into a destroyed building in Gaza. The account, which monitors and documents Israeli war crimes, said that soldiers’ friends submitted the material and confessed that troops regularly used kidnapped Palestinians — mostly elderly — as human shields.

According to the report, when these captives became too weak or injured, they were sent into “killing zones” to be shot by other Israeli units. Later images showed that the two men in the photo had been executed, confirming the regime’s pattern of killing abductees once they were no longer useful.

Such acts are considered clear war crimes under international law.

Meanwhile, despite a ceasefire declared on October 11, Israel continues to bomb Gaza, violating the agreement. The Gaza Health Ministry reported that at least 104 Palestinians, including 46 children, were killed in the latest attacks, and 253 others were injured.

Since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza in October 2023, more than 68,600 Palestinians have been killed and 170,000 wounded, according to official figures.

The disturbing photograph has intensified global outrage and calls for international accountability over Israel’s ongoing war crimes in Gaza.
