Hajj 2026: Saudi Arabia starts early package selection for pilgrims
Pilgrims in countries covered by Saudi Arabia’s Direct Hajj Program can now review and choose Nusuk Hajj service packages for the 1447 AH – 2026 season, ahead of the official booking phase, Al Arabiya reported.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said it has launched the package preference phase on the Nusuk Hajj platform. This allows prospective pilgrims to compare packages based on service level, content, and cost, and select up to five preferred options.
The platform offers digital tools such as package comparisons, popularity indicators, instalment-based deposits through a digital wallet, and access to an officially approved list of service providers.
The ministry asked eligible pilgrims to register or update their information on the platform, check that personal data and documents are correct, and add family members who plan to perform Hajj under the same application to make verification faster.
The ministry also reminded pilgrims that Nusuk Hajj is the only official platform for Hajj services in countries under the Direct Hajj Program. It warned against dealing with unauthorized providers. All deposits and bookings must be made through Nusuk Hajj to protect pilgrims’ rights.
This update applies only to countries included in the Direct Hajj Program. Hajj procedures in other countries follow approved local channels.
The Direct Hajj Program serves pilgrims from countries with Muslim minorities that do not have official Hajj missions, allowing them to book packages directly through the digital platform without intermediaries.
More information on participating countries is available at Nusuk.sa, and registration or profile updates can be done at Hajj.nusuk.sa.
