The Royal King and Queen Host Windsor Castle’s Film Premiere

Royalty and celebrities with a passion for the planet gathered to watch the King’s 90-minute documentary at Windsor this week.

King Charles, 77, and Queen Camilla, 78, hosted a majestic reception for actress Kate Winslet and others as they showcased the monarch’s Amazon Prime documentary Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision.

On Feb 6 the film debuts on Amazon Prime Video. The synopsis of the documentary is closely related to King Charles, representing a survey of his philosophy, which discovered the relation between people and nature.

The event was celebrated at Windsor Castle’s Waterloo Chamber, where the pantomime performances were held by Queen Elizabeth in the holiday seasons with her sister, Princess Margaret, in their teenage era; it’s thought to be the first premiere in a royal residence.

Later, the grand reception ceremony from the Royal Family invited some VIPs and filmmakers such as Winslet, Judi Dench, Rod Stewart, Benedict Cumberbatch, Felicity Blunt, Stanley Tucci, and more and also saw the royal relatives Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.

Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision follows King Charles’ lifelong dedication to environmentalism. Specifically, the King’s philosophy of ‘’Harmony’—his vision that, to overcome the climate crisis, humanity must come to view itself as part of nature, rather than separate from it. As His Majesty puts it:

‘It all boils down to the fact that we are actually nature ourselves; we are a part of it, not apart from it, which is really how things have been presented for so long… Maybe, by the time I shuffle off this mortal coil, there might be a little more awareness… of the need to bring things back together again.’
