Iran has rejected Trump’s talk of talks, saying the aim is to lower energy prices and buy time to implement its military plans.

According to Iranian media, the Foreign Ministry said in its statement that no talks of any kind are taking place between Tehran and Washington.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry says that US President Trump’s statements are aimed at reducing energy prices and gaining time to implement his military plans.

The statement said that some countries in the region are taking steps to reduce tensions, some proposals have been made by regional countries, but all these proposals and requests should be directed towards Washington. Our answer is clear that we are not the party that started this war.

According to Iranian media, a senior Iranian security official has also said that there are no talks between Washington and Tehran.

A senior security official described Trump’s statement as psychological warfare, saying that the threat of Iranian retaliation forced the US to postpone the attacks.

It should be noted that Trump had said in a statement on social media that the United States and Iran had had very positive discussions, that there had been very good and productive discussions regarding a complete and final solution to the war in the Middle East, that detailed and constructive discussions would continue throughout the week, and that the US Department of War had been asked to halt all military attacks on Iranian power plants and energy facilities for five days.

Crude oil prices fell in the global market after US President Trump announced the postponement of attacks on Iranian power plants.

According to American media, oil prices fell sharply before trading hours due to Trump’s announcement.

After Trump’s announcement, the price of British crude oil, Brent crude, fell from $109 per barrel to $94 but then rose again above $97. Brent crude is currently selling for $100 per barrel.

On the other hand, the price of US crude oil WTI has also fallen by 10% to $88.80 per barrel.
