Ship five times bigger than Titanic ready for first journey

The world’s largest ship is soon setting off on its maiden voyage.

Hero of the Seas, a ship five times larger than the Titanic, will set sail on its maiden voyage from Miami, Florida, in August 2027.

It also features a record-breaking water park, the most swimming pools (9), 28 dining options, a multi-story family treehouse, and a giant kinetic art sculpture.

This ship, owned by Royal Caribbean, will carry thousands of passengers on its maiden voyage.

Interestingly, the largest ship in the world at present is another ship from the same company, the Icon of the Seas, which has been operating since January 2024.

Now the company has described The Hero of Days as revolutionary for family vacations and said that its bookings have started from April 2, 2026.
