Memorial Ceremony Held in Tanzania to Honor Martyred Ayatollah Khamenei

Hundreds of people gathered in Tanzania on Sunday for a memorial ceremony honoring Martyred Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, expressing solidarity with mourners participating in funeral ceremonies in Iran. The event was held at the Cultural Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Dar es Salaam.

Supporters displayed large portraits of Ayatollah Khamenei in several Tanzanian cities as part of commemorative activities. The ceremony included a seminar focusing on his life and legacy, with religious scholars and officials paying tribute to his role and influence.

Islamic scholar Sheikh Mulaba Saleh described Ayatollah Khamenei as a respected figure and praised what he called his commitment to guiding people and addressing issues of injustice. Iran’s Ambassador to Tanzania Mohammad Javad Hemmatpanah also spoke at the event, highlighting the importance placed on youth participation in advancing the goals of Iran’s Islamic system.
