Palestinians Killed in Gaza as Ceasefire Violations Continue, Health Ministry Says

At least two Palestinians were killed on Al-Thalathini Street in southern Gaza after Israeli forces reportedly bombed a house in Gaza City despite an ongoing ceasefire, according to the WAFA news agency. The incident comes amid continued allegations of ceasefire violations since the truce began on October 10, 2025.
Gaza’s Health Ministry said at least 1,158 Palestinians have been killed and 3,756 others injured in what it described as near-daily Israeli attacks during the ceasefire period. The ministry accused Israel of continuing military actions despite the agreement intended to halt hostilities.
According to the ministry, since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza in October 2023, at least 73,250 Palestinians have been killed and 173,751 wounded. It also said around 90 percent of Gaza’s civilian infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed, worsening the humanitarian crisis in the besieged territory.
