Cockroach Janata Party Calls Off Protest After Reaching Agreement

The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has announced the withdrawal of its protest movement after reaching an agreement with the authorities. CJP spokesperson Saurav Das said the decision was made “in good faith” with the understanding that the agreed terms would be implemented within the mutually accepted timelines.

In a statement, Das said the organization expects the commitments made during negotiations to be honored as scheduled. He added that the decision to suspend the agitation reflects the group’s willingness to pursue a peaceful resolution while monitoring the implementation of the agreed measures.

The announcement brings an end to the recent phase of the CJP-led demonstrations, with attention now shifting to whether the agreed commitments are carried out within the stipulated timeframe.
