Met expects hot and dry weather in most parts of the country.

According to the Met office, mainly hot and dry weather remain expected in most parts of the country.

The Met predicted this weather for the next twelve hours.

However, rain wind thunderstorm also expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Islamabad, Upper Punjab and Kashmir.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad twenty-one degree centigrade, Lahore twenty-nine, Peshawar twenty-four, Karachi thirty, Quetta and Gilgit seventeen, Murree and Muzaffarabad sixteen degree centigrade.

According to met office forecast about Occupied Kashmir, partly cloudy weather likely to prevail in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla.

It also predicted chances of rain and thunderstorm in aforesaid areas.

Temperature recorded this morning in Srinagar fourteen, Pulwama stood at twelve degree centigrade while in Jammu twenty-three, Leh two, Anantnag thirteen , Baramulla twelve and in Shopian fourteen degree centigrade.
