Christian community and politicians visit sit in camp for Shia Missing Persons to express solidarity with the affected families.

Chairman Pakistan Bishop Council Khadim Bhutta and Khaksar Tehreek leaders visited the camp of protest against Shia missing persons outside mausoleum of founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

They visited the sit-in protest camp to express solidarity with families of Shia missing persons.

Chairman Bishop council Bhutta and deputy chief of Pakistan Khaksar Tehreek Professor Dr Hakeem Syed Nasr Askari met with leaders of Joint Action Committee for Shia Missing Persons.

Besides, Pir Kafeel Ahmed and other leaders also met Allama Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi, Allama Haider Abbas Abedi, Maulana Dr Aqeel Moosa, Maulana Farrukh Abbas and Allama Mubashir Hassan.

They demanded federal government to ensure immediate release of victims of enforced disappearance.

Meanwhile, aforesaid sit-in protest against enforced disappearance entered sixth day on Wednesday.

Moreover, Imamia Students Organization central president Arif Hussain Aljani also addressed the protesters.

He appealed to human rights organizations they should play their due role against violation of fundamental rights of victims of enforced disappearance.

Manqabat khwan and poets also visited the sit in protest camp.

They supported demand for end to enforced disappearance.
