Sher Afzal Marwat resumes PTI campaign hours after saying to leave Sindh

Senior Vice Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Sher Afzal Marwat after calling off PTI campaign in Sindh has taken a U- turn and resumes PTI election campaign again.

Earlier today in a post on X Marwat said, ” Keeping in view the statements against me by sick-minded people like Hamid Khan and Rauf Hassan, I am calling off my campaign in Sindh. I will not lead any rally or jalsa. I am leaving Sindh half finished. Let Hamid Khan and Rauf Hassan muster courage and lead the public.”

The differences in PTI surfaced when PTI senior leader Rauf Hassan claimed that the PTI does not own ‘Marwat’ statements, adding Marwat neither represents the PTI nor has any position in the cadre.

Senior PTI leader advocate Hamid Khan affirmed Rauf Hassan statement regarding Marwat which provoked Sher Afzal Marwat for quitting PTI election campaign in Sindh.

Within hours, PTI’s SVP Marwat reversed his decision of abondoning PTI campaign in Sindh by saying, ” The opinion of the workers is based on truth and by agreeing it I will continue the campaign of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf in Sindh.”
