Israel: No Riyadh ties for accepting Palestinian state

Israel has rejected the possibility of establishing relations with Saudi Arabia in exchange for recognizing a Palestinian state.
Israeli Minister Eli Cohen said that Palestinians would not establish ties with Saudi Arabia in exchange for recognizing the state.
The Israeli minister said that the cost of expanding regional relations is the establishment of a Palestinian state, so it is not acceptable.
Cohen further said that it is possible to make a peace agreement with Saudi Arabia without establishing a state.
Earlier, US President Joe Biden said that Saudi Arabia is ready to recognize Israel, and a two-state solution is necessary to maintain the existence of Israel.
During an interview, President Biden said that he is in contact with six Arab countries including Qatar.
He said that the ceasefire in Gaza would give us an opportunity to move in a direction for which many Arab countries are ready.
