Orphan kids to be given goat on Eidul Azha
Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has announced that the orphan children whose guardians had become victim of street crimes would be given a goat on the eve of Eidul Azha.
The governor visited the headoffice of a welfare organization at Sohrab Goth and announced to donate two camels to the organization for collective sacrifice.
Talking to media representatives, Tessori said that the children who are orphans or their guardians have become victims of robbery, will be given a goat by the Governor House. The process will start three days before the Eidul Azha. This year also 100 camels will be sacrificed on the three days of Eidul Azha at the Governor House and their meat will be distributed among the deserving and orphans.
The governor further said that the prime minister is going to China. I am praying for him, that his visit will be successful, so that Chinese investment will come and the country will be prosperous, Tessori said. He added that investment is coming under SIFC and investors are also coming to Pakistan.
Tessori further said that he have been shouting about street crimes for several months and had spoken to the IGP and the home minister many times.
He said that the situation is improving and appealed to the IGP the home minister that people are visiting the cattle markets so their lives and property should be protected. A special task force should be deployed on the routes to the market and action should be taken so that no untoward incident takes place, he said.
