Pakistan, Switzerland Discuss Stronger Trade and Investment Ties

Pakistan’s Ambassador to Switzerland, Marghoob Butt, called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral relations.

During the meeting, Ishaq Dar stressed the importance of expanding cooperation between Pakistan and Switzerland across various sectors.

The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister particularly highlighted opportunities to enhance trade, investment and business-to-business engagement between the two countries.

The meeting underscored Pakistan’s focus on strengthening economic diplomacy and creating greater opportunities for bilateral business and investment cooperation.

Both sides also reaffirmed the importance of further developing Pakistan-Switzerland relations through increased engagement across diverse areas of mutual interest.
