Israel angry over UN blacklisting its military

The world body has said the Israeli military has been added to a global list of offenders, which have committed violations against children.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz said this shameful decision was an act of villainy.

Katz further said that UN Chief Antonio Guterres would be remembered as an anti-Semetic UN secretary-general in the history. The Israeli foreign minister added they had always maintained throughout the war they were the most moral army in the world.

Meanwhile, Israeli Minister Benny Gantz said: “we will continue to fight our just war”. Gantz said that the United Nations had put Israel in the same boat with ISIL (ISIS), adding while Tel Aviv was waging a just war and in line with international law.

Itamar Ben-Gvir, the Israel’s security minister said that the response to this dangerous matter must be harsh and strong, demanding sanctions against UN officials.
