Ban on meetings in Adiala Jail extended

It looks like Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders meeting with party founder Imran Khan at Adiala Jail got cancelled after the ban on meetings in the prison was extended for two more days.
The development was confirmed by the party Secretary Information Sheikh Waqas Akram, who said that the jail authorities have denied permission for Salman Akram Raja to visit the former premier.
The PTI secretary confirmed that he will meet Imran Khan at 12:30 PM along with Barrister Gohar.
Ali Zafar and Asad Qaisar have also been cleared to visit.
He said PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar has indicated that the entire group will not enter the prison until all members are cleared for the visit.
The 10-day ban on visits at Central Jail Adiala ended today.
The ban was placed by the Punjab Home Department due to security threats, causing distress for the families of inmates.
