The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has introduced a service for mobile users to get rid of unwanted SMS.
Most of the users on mobile phones are bothered by unwanted messages and often complain about it, but now users can get rid of such texts.
Mobile phone users can block unwanted messages through a service provided by Pakistan Telecommunication (PTA).
How to block unwanted SMS?
According to PTA, to block unwanted messages, type the sender’s phone number in the SMS option, give a pause, type the received message and SMS it at 9000.
PTA states that applicable taxes/rates will be applied for this service.
