Non-bailable arrest warrant issued for Bushra Bibi

An Accountability court has issued non-bailable arrest warrant for Bushra Bibi, the spouse of PTI founder Imran Khan, in the 190 million pound reference today.

The arrest warrant was issued by the accountability court of Judge Nasir Javed.

The court ordered to produce Bushra Bibi before it after arrest on November 26.

The court also issued a show-cause notice to the guarantor.

The consul for Bushra Bibi requested to the court to grant her exemption from appearance.

NAB objected that the former first lady’s medical was conducted at Peshawar’s Lady Reading Hospital while her Notary Attestation was obtained from Islamabad.

The PTI founder was produced before the court but the accused did not submit their 342 statement.

It may be mentioned here that Bushra Bibi has been absent from the last eight hearings of the 190 million pound reference.
