iPhone 17 Air to be priced below Pro Models

iPhone 17 series is likely to be available in the market in Fall 2025.
It is speculated that Apple’s next-generation iPhone lineup will feature a new model in addition to the standard variants in the form of the iPhone 17 Air. The new handset has slimmer profile and toned-down features.
According to report, this purported smartphone is expected to be priced lower than the iPhone 17 Pro models.
However, the tech-giant company may cut down on a marquee iPhone feature on its slim phone to achieve the same.
Meanwhile, California-based technology giant Cupertino is developing two foldable devices with a targeted release in 2026.
Wall Street Journal reported that iPhone 17 Air will revive growth at the company. The company has offered incremental upgrades, but its purported Air model could be the first new iPhoneΒ introduced in the market since theΒ iPhone 14 PlusΒ in 2022.
The iPhone 17 Air, as the name suggests, will thinner than the approximately 8-millimetre profile of the current models.
The new model will be equipped with a simplified camera system in a bid to keep costs low.
