Galaxy S25 Slim now rumoured for a May debut

Samsung fans have been awaiting the upcoming Unpacked event, set for January 22, where the company is expected to unfold its 2025 flagship trio: the Galaxy S25 Ultra, S25, and S25+.
However, the anticipated fourth member, the ultra-slim Galaxy S25 Slim, is now rumoured for a May debut.
The latest rumours appeared on Chinese social media platform Weibo, where an unnamed leaker suggested that the Galaxy S25 Slim would be unveiled sometime in May.
However, this leaker isn’t among the most recognised sources, therefore the information should be taken with caution, though the timeline seems plausible given the absence of substantial leaks regarding the device’s readiness.
Recent benchmark leaks had suggested that the phone is still in development, while earlier findings in the One UI 7 Beta code hinted that the S25 Slim could launch in Q2 2025.
With thickness of just 6.5mm, the Galaxy S25 Slim is rumoured to bridge the gap between the S25 Plus and Ultra models in terms of display size.
