Judge temporarily blocks Trump’s birthright citizenship executive order
A US federal judge has temporarily suspended President Trump’s executive order revoking birthright citizenship.
According to foreign media reports, in a 25-minute hearing, a federal judge asked the administration’s lawyer where the lawyers were when Trump’s team was drafting the executive order.
Boley’s claim to the constitutionality of this decree boggles the mind. Under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, almost every child born in the United States is automatically entitled to citizenship.
The judge declared President Trump’s action completely unconstitutional. He postponed the presidential decree for 14 days until further action.

After which 18 states of America filed a lawsuit against this move of Trump. The states of Arizona, Illinois, Oregon and Washington took the issue before the court.
