1. Documentation Submission: The first step involves submitting essential documents for verification, including:

   • A valid passport and visa as per Azerbaijan’s requirements.
   • A valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or a photocopy.
   • A signed employment contract or an employer’s undertaking.
   • Receipts for the registration fee, welfare fund, and emigration promotion fee.
   • A certificate of insurance from State Life Insurance Corporation.
   • A medical fitness report from approved medical centers.

2. Protector Sticker: After document verification, the worker will attend an orientation session. A registration number is assigned, and a Protector Sticker is placed on the passport. The case is then forwarded to the Protector of Emigrants.
