Bollywood actress buys expensive apartment in Mumbai

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan’s ex-wife Amrita Singh has bought the most expensive 2,260 square feet luxury apartment with two car parkings in Mumbai.

According to Indian media reports, Bollywood actress Amrita Singh, Sara Ali Khan’s mother, has bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai for 18 crores rupees.

The report said the flat transaction took place on February 14 and a stamp duty of nine million rupees and a registration fee of 30,000 were paid.

According to the documents, there are two parking spaces in the apartment.

Bollywood stars, producers, and directors prefer to stay in Juhu because of its main location and close to Goregaon, Khar, Bandra and Andheri, where most studios are located.

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his family have bought two luxury apartments worth 86.92 crore in Mumbai’s Juhu area in January 2025.

Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Khan got married for 13 years and divorced in 2004.

There was also a time in Saif Ali Khan and Amrita’s married life when the actress fed her ex-husband sleeping pills without his permission.

Filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya revealed that the incident took place when Saif Ali Khan was shooting for the film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’. The film starred Karisma Kapoor, Salman Khan, Sonali Bendre, Mohnish Bahl and Tabo in pivotal roles.
