✔ Must hold Punjab domicile.
✔ Must be enrolled in 1st or 2nd semester of BS in a public university or college.
✔ For Public Sector Universities/Colleges – A minimum of 65% marks in Intermediate.
✔ For Medical & Dental Colleges/Universities – A minimum of 80% marks in Intermediate.
✔ Must not have previously received a laptop under any other scheme.
