AI’s special advice for fasting people during Ramazan

The popular application of Artificial Intelligence has given special advice for fasting people during Ramazan.
AI has proposed a comprehensive and balanced dietary system for fasting people. The purpose of this system by AI is to provide energy, moisture and essential nutrients to the fasting people so that they can stay healthy and energetic.
Artificial Intelligence’s recommended food system:
Sehri: Choose foods that provide energy throughout the day and maintain moisture in the body. Eat foods rich in complex carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats, fiber and water. For example: grain porridge with dry fruits and mulberry. Also avocado and boiled egg with wheat bread and a glass of water with lemon or mint.
Iftaar: Choose foods that restore energy and provide water to the body again. Use dates, water, vegetables, protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats, but avoid fried items as much as possible. For example, break the fast with dates and a glass of water. Chicken broth or lentils cooked in low oil, salad mixed with olive oil and roasted vegetables with brown rice are recommended.
Between Iftar and Sehri:
Eat a light meal a few hours after Iftar. Choose healthy foods, such as dry fruits, fruits, yogurt, and natural juices.
