Islamabad man who tortured women after dragging them from vehicle arrested

A man has been arrested for torturing women in F-9 Park, whose video has gone viral on social media.
A video of women being beaten up on the road in front of a leading food chain in F-9 Park has gone viral on social media, in which the accused can be seen dragging the women by the hair.
The accused snatched 10 tola jewellery and Rs2 million in cash during the robbery and scuffle with the women.
Police registered a case against the accused at Margalla Police Station on the complaint of the victim.
According to the FIR, the main accused Jamal, along with his accomplices, assaulted the women on the night of February 23 and snatched 10 tola jewellery and Rs20 lakh cash from the women.
A Islamabad Police spokesman said that the incident took place on February 23, on which a case has been registered and the accused has also been arrested.
