Big changes on cards for Apple iOS 19, iPadOS 19

Apple iOS 19 and iPadOS 19 are tipped to debut later this, here are some rumoured changes and updates on cards for the operating system.

For starters, the iOS 19 is likely to debut with the release of iPhone 17 series. It is expected to have a new design based on the software used on Apple’s spatial computer, incorporating elements for the Vison Pro reality headset.

The new update would pave the way to expend use in new rounded element. The new software is said to simplify the way people use, navigate, and control their Apple devices.

The new update, codenamed “Lucky”, would be the biggest shakeup to the iPhone’s operating system since 2013.

For example, the original iOS icon for YouTube showed a 1950s television set with large volume and channel knobs. The Notes app looked like a notepad and the Calendar app looked like a physical calendar.

The company is expected to release the preview of the new operating systems iOS 19 and iPadOS 19 in June during the next WWDC developers conference.

According to Bloomberg, Apple will show off new Siri architecture at the WWDC this year.

The changes to Siri are expected to be released when iOS 19.4 arrives in June 2026 and could include “Personal Siri” which will be able to browse through a user’s emails and messages to help answer questions such as, “What time am I picking my mother up at the airport?”

“Personal Siri” was supposed to be released this year but Apple has had to delay its release and even pulled a video it released last year that promoted the feature.
