Voting to create Khalistan in Indian Punjab concludes in Los Angeles

The voting for the referendum for the establishment of Khalistan in Los Angeles, California, concluded successfully.

On this occasion, the Sikh community from all over the United States arrived in Los Angeles to vote in large numbers. Voting started at 9 a.m. at the Civic Center.

During the referendum, Sikh leaders told the media that the time has come for the Sikhs to establish their own independent state.

“Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government is involved in murderous attacks on Sikhs in the US, Canada and other countries, but despite these attacks, it will not be possible to stop the Khalistan movement.”

They said that more than 35,000 Sikhs have participated in the voting to make Indian Punjab Khalistan, which is a reflection of the strength of this movement.

At the end of voting, Sikhs for Justice leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun announced the next Khalistan referendum in his address and said that the referendum will be held on August 17 in Washington DC.

He thanked the Trump administration for allowing the referendum to take place.

Pannun further said that Sikhs from all over the world are sending a clear message to India through their votes that they do not want to remain under Indian control and India’s bullets will now be answered with votes.
