Gold prices in Pakistan see Rs. 3,000 increase – Check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan saw a significant rise on Wednesday, following a global increase in gold prices. The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association reported that the price of gold in 24-Karat for one tola increased by Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 321,000, up from Rs. 318,000 the previous day.

The cost for 10 grams of 24-karat gold consistently rose by Rs. 2,572, reaching Rs. 275,205 from Rs. 272,633. Likewise, 10 grams of 22-karat gold saw an increase in price of Rs. 2,358, presently reaching Rs. 252,280 from Rs. 249,922.

On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged, with per tola silver staying at Rs. 3,170 and 10 grams at Rs. 2,717.

The price of gold also rose globally by $30 to $3,040 per ounce, and silver prices remained stable at $30.30 per ounce. These price movements are the result of international trends that influence local gold and silver prices.
