Sajal Malik Denies Leaked Video, Files FIA Complaint
Social media influencer and roadshow personality Sajal Malik has filed an official complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) over her private leaked video that’s been making rounds online—one she firmly denies calling it fake. According to various national media reports, Malik is seeking justice and hopes to put an end to the rumors that have sparked intense scrutiny.
The controversy surrounds an allegedly inappropriate video that surfaced online, with many falsely claiming the woman in the clip is Malik. In a video interview, journalist Ausaf Ali Khan addressed the situation, sharing details of his recent conversation with Malik.
Khan revealed that Malik has not issued any public legal notices yet, explaining that she sees no reason to defend herself against something she didn’t do. “Why should I take legal action for something I’m not involved in?” she reportedly told him, emphasizing that her silence isn’t an admission of guilt—it’s because she has nothing to hide.
Khan also took a closer look at the video itself and strongly dismissed the claims linking it to Malik. According to him, the individuals in the video are clearly not Pakistani. He noted that both appear to be white and foreign, with the woman in the clip having a heavier build compared to Malik, who is widely recognized for her slim figure.
Adding to the discrepancies, the woman shown in the video has several visible tattoos—on her leg, stomach (including a snake), and back—features that are not associated with Sajal Malik. Khan also pointed out that the man in the video does not resemble a Pakistani or South Asian individual in any way.
Khan believes it is potentially part of a smear campaign targeting Sajal Malik due to her rising fame and that the leaked video is either a deepfake or entirely fabricated.
He went on to criticize the media and major social media platforms for irresponsibly amplifying the video without verifying its authenticity. Malik, according to him, is under immense mental stress as the situation continues to unfold.
As of now, the case is with the FIA, and Malik hopes that justice will be served—not just to clear her name, but also to set an example against digital defamation and cyberbullying.
