Good news for electric vehicle enthusiasts in Pakistan—Inverex has introduced a new affordable EV designed to cater to budget-conscious urban drivers. The latest entry, Inverex Xio, is a compact and eco-friendly vehicle, ideal for city commuting. Rebranded specifically for the Asian market, the Xio is being offered in three variants with travel ranges that suit various daily driving needs.

Though it resembles the size of entry-level petrol cars, the Xio comes packed with modern features. It offers a top speed of 101 km/h and is engineered to deliver a smooth and efficient ride on urban roads. Buyers can choose from variants offering 140 km, 220 km, and 320 km ranges. Each version is equipped with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), delivering power between 15 kW (30 PS) and 18 kW (35 PS), with torque output ranging from 95 to 105 Nm.

EV-220 and EV-320 variants come with LFP Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries and can be charged in approximately 36 minutes using a DC fast charger. The car includes a 2.8 kW AC charger with a Type 2 European port, while higher-end models support DC fast charging via CCS2 connectors.
