Gold rates down in Pakistan today – check new prices

Gold prices in Pakistan went down on Tuesday, following a similar drop in the international market.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA):

• The price of 1 tola of gold fell by Rs3,600, reaching Rs347,900

• The price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs3,086, now selling at Rs298,268

Just a day earlier, on Monday, gold had also seen a decrease of Rs2,600 per tola, bringing the price to Rs351,500.

International Gold Rates Also Fall

Gold prices also went down in the global market. The international rate was recorded at $3,295 per ounce, including a $20 premium, showing a drop of $36.

Silver Prices Also Down

Along with gold, silver prices decreased too. The rate of 1 tola silver dropped by Rs60, settling at Rs3,448.

In summary, both gold and silver became cheaper in Pakistan as prices fell globally.
