Iqrar Ul Hassan’s First Wife Qurat-ul-Ain and Third Wife Aroosa Khan Share Family Insights

A recent podcast episode featuring Pakistani TV host Iqrar Ul Hassan’s first wife, Qurat-ul-Ain, and third wife, Aroosa Khan, has gone viral, drawing widespread attention and sparking intriguing reactions from viewers.

For the very first time, both women appeared together on screen in a podcast hosted by Aroosa Khan. The conversation was open and honest, as they discussed their husband and family dynamics in a calm and respectful manner.

Qurat-ul-Ain surprised many fans by offering personal insights during the show. She revealed that it was she who initiated her relationship with Iqrar Ul Hassan — a romance that began with poetry and eventually led to their marriage. She also shared that after marriage and becoming a mother, she chose to leave her journalism career, citing the demanding nature of the profession and its time-consuming responsibilities.

In one of the more memorable segments, Qurat-ul-Ain was asked who she would choose to sit next to on a plane if there was only one available seat — her husband or Aroosa Khan. She chose Aroosa, explaining that Iqrar Ul Hassan could handle his own arrangements, while she preferred to sit beside Aroosa.

When faced with another question — choosing between her husband and her son, Pehlaaj — she chose her son, affectionately calling him her life.

Notably, Iqrar’s second wife, Farah Iqrar, was not mentioned at any point during the conversation, nor was she brought up by Aroosa Khan, who led the discussion.

Qurat-ul-Ain also praised Aroosa Khan during the podcast, saying that her presence had brought a positive change in her life, although she did not go into detail.

This marks the first public appearance together of Iqrar Ul Hassan’s first and third wives.

For context, Iqrar Ul Hassan married Qurat-ul-Ain — a former news anchor — before 2010, and they have a son together. His second marriage, to news anchor Farah, has lasted more than a decade. Around two years ago, he married journalist Aroosa Khan, keeping both his second and third marriages private initially.

In a May 2024 interview, Iqrar Ul Hassan shared that while his three wives do not live together, they maintain good relations with one another.
