Dylan Sprouse Calls Child Acting ‘Child Labour’ and Opens Up About Its Impact

Actor Dylan Sprouse who is formerly belong with Disney Channel talks about his experience as a child actor, describing the demanding experience of being a child actor as “child labour.”

Dylan appeared in Wildmen podcast, and during discussion with host, he openly talk and let the the viewers know about how he was growing up in the showbiz industry, Sprouse compared the working hours of young actors to those of children who worked in coal mines, arguing that child artists also faced challenging hours in television productions.

The Suite Life of Zack & Cody actor also publicized that that working on a TV show was alike to having a full-time office job. He associated acting to a regular office job, with set hours, a fixed schedule and a clear start and finish to the workday.

However, the actor said the expressive effects continued even after filming enfolded. He clarified that finishing a TV project often left him with a sense of bareness, as his self-confidence had become strictly connected to getting work and being on set.

Sprouse acknowledged that the difficulties he faced as a young actor still have an impact on him.

He talk over the subject while talking with actor Mark Indelicato, who also taking place acting at a young age and became known for his role in Ugly Betty. Indelicato agreed with Sprouse and said that former child stars often need each other because they share experiences that many people cannot fully understand.

Sprouse recognized Cole for being an unceasing source of support during their years as child actors. The brothers featured together in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and formerly performed in projects including Big Daddy and Grace Under Fire.

Both brothers continued acting as adults, with Cole later gaining recognition for Riverdale.. Dylan is now expecting his first child with model Barbara Palvin, whom he married in 2023.
