Unique Shoe Protest in Netherlands Honors Martyred Children of Gaza

A unique protest was recorded in the Netherlands by placing thousands of shoes against Israeli atrocities and in memory of the martyred children of Gaza.

In the town square of the Dutch city of Almere, people held a unique protest against the ongoing Israeli atrocities in Gaza and in favor of the children of Gaza by placing thousands of children’s shoes on the street.

Last year, people in the Netherlands held similar demonstrations in support of Gaza’s children, and in one such demonstration, a local organization tried to reflect global indifference by placing 8,000 children’s shoes in the main square of the Dutch city of Rotterdam.

According to a report by the United Nations agency UNICEF, 50,000 children have been killed or injured in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 2023.

It should be noted that more than 56,000 Palestinians have been killed and more than 100,000 injured in the ongoing Israeli attacks in Gaza, while there is currently a severe food shortage in Gaza.
