NADRA FRC latest fee for July 2025

The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) has officially given legal status to the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) under its latest reforms.

Now, citizens applying for an FRC must submit an undertaking confirming that all the information they provide is correct. The FRC will be issued based only on NADRA’s existing records.

Types of FRC

NADRA has introduced three types of family categories for the FRC:

• By Birth (Alpha)
  Includes details about parents and siblings.

• By Marriage (Beta)
  Shows information about spouse and children.

• By Adoption (Gamma)
  Displays details of guardian and adopted family members.

If any family member is not listed, citizens must register them. Mistakes can also be corrected through NADRA offices or the Pak Identity mobile app.

Key Updates in the New System

• The updated FRC now includes details of men with multiple marriages to avoid confusion.

• Citizens can remove any incorrect family entries through NADRA services.

How to Apply for FRC

There are two ways to apply for a Family Registration Certificate:

• NADRA Registration Centers (NRC)

• Pak Identity Mobile App

FRC Fee

• The standard fee for all types of FRC is Rs 1,000.

• If you want to get both FRC by birth and by marriage on the same document, the fee will be Rs 2,000.
