NADRA’s Pak-ID App Updated With New Features

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has rolled out a new version of its Pak-ID mobile application, introducing several user-friendly features to make identity-related services faster and more convenient.

Key Features in the Latest Update

The latest version of the app includes:

• Real-time ID tracking
• Facial biometric verification at the start of the application process
• A redesigned user interface for smoother use

One of the major highlights is that citizens can now view family member records without needing biometric verification. Additionally, users can book appointments at NADRA centers directly through the app.

NADRA’s Vision for Digital Services

According to NADRA, these upgrades are part of a larger plan to make public services more digital and accessible. “The app helps users save time by allowing them to complete essential tasks from the comfort of their homes.”

Online Payment Features Also Available

Earlier, NADRA had introduced online fee payment through the Pak-ID app. This allows both local and overseas Pakistanis to pay for services like the Smart National Identity Card (SNIC), Child Registration Certificate (CRC), and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) without needing to visit NADRA offices.

NADRA encourages all users to update the Pak-ID app to start using these new features right away.
