Gold price raise Rs500 per tola – check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan increased again on Friday. This rise follows a similar trend in the international market.

In the local market, the price of gold per tola went up by Rs 500, now costing Rs 362,700. The price of 10 grams of gold also rose by Rs 428, reaching Rs 310,956. This data was shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

Just a day earlier, on Thursday, gold had already jumped by Rs 2,900 per tola, closing at Rs 362,200.

Globally, gold prices also saw a small increase. The international price reached $3,400 per ounce, including a $20 premium, with a $5 rise.

Silver prices also increased in Pakistan. The price per tola of silver rose by Rs 14, bringing it to Rs 4,073.

Overall, gold and silver prices are moving upward both locally and internationally.
