Israeli PM Netanyahu Turns Criticism on His Own People

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has strongly criticized his own citizens who are protesting against the ongoing war. He claimed that those demanding an end to the conflict are strengthening Hamas and weakening Israel’s position in negotiations.

Netanyahu said such protests delay the release of hostages and give Hamas more leverage during talks.

Meanwhile, Hamas has issued a harsh response to Israel’s latest plans for Gaza. The group described the Israeli strategy as a new wave of genocide against the people of Gaza. Hamas accused Israel of planning mass displacement, calling it a major war crime and a violation of international and humanitarian laws.

Hamas further said that the tents and temporary shelters set up in southern Gaza are a deception. According to the group, Israel is using these shelters to hide its real goal — the forced expulsion of Gaza’s population.

Hamas has also called on Muslim countries and the international community to stop Israel’s plan, warning of severe consequences for the region if it is allowed to continue.
