ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Industries and Production has successfully conducted e-balloting for the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Scheme, which aims to promote green transport in the country.
Under this scheme, 40,000 electric two-wheelers and 1,000 electric three-wheelers were distributed among citizens. The process was supported by the Engineering Development Board (EDB) to ensure transparency and fairness.
Applications and Selection
The ministry received more than 269,000 applications, but only 40,000 applicants were selected through the e-balloting system. The process was monitored by a Balloting Oversight Committee, while the PAVE online portal ensured secure and transparent voting.
How to Check Results
Applicants can check their results on the PAVE online portal by entering their Application ID or CNIC number. Selected applicants will also be notified directly.
Subsidy and Payment Plan
The government is offering attractive subsidies:
Two-wheelers: Rs 50,000 (bank leasing), Rs 80,000 (self-finance)
Three-wheelers: Rs 200,000 (bank leasing), Rs 400,000 (self-finance)
