YouTuber Markiplier Officially Confirms He’s Married to Longtime Partner Amy Nelson

YouTuber Mark “Markiplier” Fischbach has officially tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Amy Nelson. On October 7, 2025, Markiplier shared two picture slides from their wedding, which took place on September 20, 2025.

The first photo showed the couple digging into their wedding cake, while the second captured them smiling at each other. In the caption, Markiplier wrote:
“10 years and counting. Going to go for the record or die trying.”
He also included what appeared to be the wedding date: “9/20/2025.”

Amy Nelson, who goes by @iceeddroast on Instagram, posted several more photos from their big day with the caption:
“The whole point is never clearer than when I’m with you.”

Fans and well-wishers have since flooded social media with congratulatory messages for the newlyweds.

The confirmation comes after months of speculation earlier this year, when the couple was seen wearing rings on their left fingers in separate photos.

Markiplier and Amy Nelson’s Relationship

Mark “Markiplier” Fischbach and Amy “Pebbles” Nelson have been publicly dating since June 2016, after appearing together at VidCon. Reports suggest they began dating in late 2015 but kept their relationship private until making it public the following year.

The couple has lived together for eight years along with their two dogs. Amy made her first appearance on Markiplier’s YouTube channel in the DON’T LAUGH CHALLENGE #5 video and has since featured in several others, including live-action content.

She and her friend Kathryn Knutson have also served as judges on Markiplier’s live-action series Markiplier Makes, and Amy has edited multiple videos for the Unus Annus channel.

Fans have long speculated about when the couple would marry, especially after engagement rumors surfaced in February 2025. Observers noticed rings on both their fingers — one in a Cloak clothing brand advertisement shared by Markiplier, and another in a photo Amy posted on social media. Neither addressed the rumors at the time, leaving fans to draw their own conclusions.
