Shehbaz Sharif Lauds Punjab Government, Highlights Defence Success
Jahanian: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has praised the performance of the Punjab government under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, saying she is “working tirelessly” for the welfare of the people and the development of the province.
During a meeting with political leaders at the residence of MNA Chaudhry Iftikhar Nazir in Jahanian, the Prime Minister said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) enjoys a clear majority in Punjab, and the provincial government has made remarkable efforts to assist flood-affected families.
Highlighting recent achievements, Shehbaz Sharif said Pakistan has set new examples of economic stability and diplomatic success, crediting his government’s policies for improving investor confidence and strengthening international ties.
The Prime Minister also announced that a comprehensive transport network is being developed across Punjab to enhance connectivity and support regional growth.
Shehbaz Sharif further stated that Pakistan has achieved a great victory in the defence sector against India, emphasizing the country’s strong national security and commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty.
