Livie Rose Henderson was terminated from her position two days after reporting an incident where a man allegedly exposed himself during a delivery on October 12, 2025. The DoorDash driver claimed she faced sexual harassment when the man reportedly lowered his pants in her presence while she was delivering an order.
Henderson publicly shared her experience in a series of TikTok videos, expressing frustration after DoorDash deactivated her account shortly following the incident. She also criticized TikTok for removing her videos and issuing strikes against her account, warning her followers that her profile could be banned. “If I get one more you guys, I’m letting you know right now my account is going to be banned. DoorDash punished me for exposing my assaulter, and TikTok is currently punishing me… This is the only justice I’m getting because I also reported this to the police, and the police are doing nothing,” Henderson said.
DoorDash confirmed the account deactivation but did not initially disclose reasons to Henderson, citing privacy and policy considerations. In a public statement, the company explained, “Publicly sharing videos taken inside a customer’s home – especially when personal information is visible – raises significant privacy concerns and constitutes a clear violation of our policies. To protect everyone’s safety and privacy, we have deactivated both the Dasher’s and the customer’s accounts and are working directly with law enforcement for additional guidance.”
Henderson continued to seek access to her earnings after the deactivation, eventually receiving an official termination email from DoorDash following their social media confirmation.

The incident and subsequent account deactivation have prompted mixed responses on social media. Some critics questioned Henderson’s decision to film the man while he was asleep and alleged that her actions led to her dismissal. One user wrote, “She was only supposed to drop the food and leave, filmed him half-naked while he was asleep, got his DoorDash account blocked, and now accuses him of sexual assault.” Others defended Henderson, pointing out that the man’s behavior was inappropriate and constituted a form of sexual offense. “If you pulled down your pants in front of a woman without her consent, that would be a serious sexual offense,” another user noted.
Henderson confirmed that she has reported the incident to the police, although details about the ongoing investigation and the identity of the man involved remain undisclosed. DoorDash’s involvement with law enforcement continues as they review the matter.
The case has ignited debates surrounding worker safety, privacy, and company policies in gig economy platforms.
