People Have Chosen Prosperity Over Violence and Political Turmoil: Nawaz Sharif
Former Prime Minister and President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Nawaz Sharif, stated that “the people have rejected violence, chaos, and destructive politics and have chosen the path of prosperity.”
Sharing his thoughts on social media platform Facebook, he also congratulated the PML-N candidates who secured victory in the recent by-elections.
Commenting on the political climate, Maryam Nawaz said, “PTI took the country through an era of stones, but today neither Faiz Hameed is there, nor the judges who ensured their victories.”
She further added, “Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s hard work is bringing the country back on the right track. The people have rejected violence, chaos, and destructive politics, and have chosen the path of progress, prosperity, and stability.”
In the recent by-elections, PML-N achieved a significant victory, winning all 6 National Assembly seats and 6 out of 7 Punjab Assembly seats they contested.
