Who is Blake Neff? Ex Carlson staffer mentioned in Owens’ allegations involving Kirk’s security, Brian Harpole

Conservative commentator Candace Owens recently talked about Blake Neff during her latest podcast episode. She mentioned him while discussing the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, who was killed on September 10.

During the episode, Owens shared several claims and theories suggesting that some people inside Turning Point USA (TPUSA) might have been linked to Kirk’s death. These claims have not been verified.

Who Is Blake Neff?

Blake Neff is a producer on The Charlie Kirk Show. He graduated from Dartmouth College and earlier worked as a lead writer for the Tucker Carlson Tonight show on Fox News for four years. He also worked as a reporter at The Daily Caller, a news outlet founded by Tucker Carlson.

Neff resigned from Fox News after CNN revealed that he made racist and offensive posts on an online forum while hiding his identity. After this was confirmed, both Tucker Carlson and Fox News condemned his comments, and Neff left the network.

What Did Owens Claim?

Owens said she received information from a man named Harry Meyers, who she claims once worked in the military. According to her, Harry visited a military base in Arizona a few days before Kirk’s assassination. There, he allegedly saw Brian Harpole, Kirk’s security provider, attending a high-level military meeting.

Harry told Owens that he walked into a room where around 12 lieutenant colonels were present — something he said is unusual outside places like the Pentagon or the White House. He later recognized Brian Harpole as someone involved in the meeting.

Owens suggested that this could be another sign of a link between the military and Kirk’s death.

The Role of “Captain Neff”

Owens also said that Harry was questioned for seven hours because of his presence near the meeting. According to her, the interrogation was led by someone named Captain Neff.

She then pointed to Blake Neff, saying he has military connections. Reports say Neff worked as a “wargaming subject matter expert” with the Marine Corps War College until he was removed from the list after his controversial online posts.

Owens used this to suggest a possible connection between Neff, the military, and TPUSA — but she provided no proof.

Previous Exchanges Between Owens and Neff

Neff has responded to Owens’ earlier accusations about TPUSA members, and both have addressed each other on social media. Owens said she was unable to join a livestream discussion, and Neff did not accept her offer for a virtual appearance.
