Government Lifts Ban on Drawing Pension and Salary Together

The ban on drawing pension and salary together has been lifted.

The new notification announced the withdrawal of the orders related to re-employment by the Ministry of Finance.

The notification states that the office memoranda of April 22 and June 19 in pension cases have been revoked with immediate effect.

Permission to draw both pension and salary on re-employment after retirement has been restored.

It has been decided to provide full financial incentives to retired officers on re-employment.
