IED Explosion in Sibi Leaves One Dead, Five Wounded

QUETTA: A bombing in Sibi town on Thursday resulted in one fatality and five injuries.

According to police, a man who was walking through the Chanki Chowk area near Girls Degree College was killed when an improvised explosive device set by some unidentified miscreants exploded.

Five bystanders were hurt as a result of the strong explosion. Police arrived at the scene shortly after the explosion and transported Wafa Khan’s body and the injured to the Sibi district hospital.

As stated by police, the target of the IED explosion was unknown. The blast has not been attributed to anyone.
