From the Battlefield to Software Warfare: Iran Says US, Israel Still Cannot Win
TABRIZ: Hossein Taeb, advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), stated that after failing on the military front against Iran, the U.S. and Israel are now attempting to achieve their goals through “software warfare.” He expressed confidence that the Iranian nation would defeat them on this front as well.
According to a report by Mehr News Agency, Hojatoleslam Hossein Taeb addressed a ceremony in Tabriz on Sunday marking the sixth anniversary of the martyrdom of former Quds Force commander Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani.
He noted that Israel and the United States have resorted to “soft war” because they realize military success is unattainable. He emphasized that the enemy’s strategy shift will ultimately fail, as the Iranian nation consistently stands “on the side of truth.”
Taeb further remarked that the history of the revolution and the resistance has proven that faithful commanders and mujahideen remain steadfast on both military and soft war fronts.
Touching on internal divisions within the opposition, Taeb clarified that while the United States avoids direct confrontation—preferring to pursue cultural and social change through younger generations—the Zionist regime continues to insist on immediate military action. However, he concluded, the unity of the Iranian nation will prevent the enemy from achieving its objectives.
