Gold prices massive surge in Pakistan – Jan 12, 2026: Check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan have reached a new all-time high after a sharp increase in both local and international markets.

According to the Sarafa Bazaar Association, the price of gold per tola has increased by Rs7,700. After this rise, one tola of gold is now being sold at Rs480,962.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has gone up by Rs6,602, taking the new price to Rs412,347.

This unusual increase in gold prices has caused concern among jewellery buyers and ordinary consumers across the country.

Experts say that fluctuations in global gold prices and ongoing economic uncertainty are the main reasons behind this sharp rise.
